ผมเอาขึ้นที่เก็บไฟล์เป็นทางการแล้ว เอาไปลองกันดูครับ

การตั้งค่า นอกจากจะกำหนดใน file wp-config.php
ผมเพิ่ม
add_option(‘WPLANG’, ‘th’); เข้าไปใน file schema.php ใน wp-admin/includes/
เลือก Setting>general ตรงด้านล่างให้เป็น thai
เลือก Site admin>option ตรงด้านล่างให้เป็น thai
